What are Online Services?
The main aim of online services is to improve communication with you, our patients.
In partnership with the NHS app, patients are able to access a variety of features, from ordering prescriptions, to checking their referrals. To learn more please visit the NHS app page.
If you need help with a non-urgent medical or admin request, you can now contact us online. The service we use is called AccuRx, this service allows patients to contact the surgery directly to ask questions, request medication and sick notes, or even request a test result.
To use AccuRx you do not require a account, all that is required is a name, date of birth, and postcode.
When using this service it is important to be aware that if you have an urgent medical enquiry, or emergency this should not be via AccuRx, as it can take up to 48hrs for the messages to be actioned.
