Informing the practice when you have changed address or your contact details is very important. It ensures that we are able to make contact with you when we need to. 

You can do this in a number of ways:

  1. Log into your SystmOnline account
  2. Call the practice and speak to a receptionist, or come to the front desk.
  3. Send an AccuRx message with your new details

We make contact with patients for a number of different reasons:

  • To give messages from clinicians
  • To invite patients to book in for appointments with our clinicians or nursing team
  • To inform of upcoming clinics such as flu clinics
  • To let patient's know of the outcome of eConsultations submitted
  • To give up to date information and any updates on the practice
