• Whenever I need help or advice everyone I see is kind, considerate and listen.
• Always prompt, very knowledgeable and considerate.
• The reception staff were very helpful and listened to my concerns, booking a review that resulted in an appointment the same day.

• I feel that I was really listened too and treatment was discussed not told. The perfect experience when feeling bad.

• The staff at Greyfriars are always very kind and helpful. They do their best under very difficult circumstances as obviously they are completely overwhelmed with the amount of people requiring their services. The receptionists and nurses do their absolute best .

• I was fortunate to be seen by a compassionate, knowledgeable clinician, who gave me time to discuss my health concerns.. I felt.heard and was confident that my concerns were heard.

• I can always get an appointment for the same day or speak to a NHS professional.

• They really do care for you and are happy to go that extra mile to get you the correct treatment. The Medical professionals are polite and friendly but always maintain there standard.

• Receptionist very helpful and doctor professional and curteous putting me at ease

• As surgery staff very good to me and very understanding when I have a health issue which is quite often. Care is very good.

• You care and have excellent interpersonal skill

• Staff are always friendly and try and help as much as they can. If they can't they direct you to someone that can.

• The staff are always very nice and professional and you don’t usually have to wait very long and it’s always very clean.

• Always great service, caring and willing to listen.

• Because you are my practice, been coming when needed, not often I'm pleased to say, for years.Always get seen on time, no dramas.

• Always had a satisfactory result with whoever I've seen. The doctor who I see today was very good.

• Because I have always got a good service considering the amount of patients that goes through. And I understand the amount of pressure the staff are under to provide the best service they can. So well done to everyone

• People have been professional and helpful towards me I have been seen promptly Appointments made and explanations given

• I always manage to get an appointment when needed. The staff are very helpful and polite. Overall I strongly believe Greyfriars is a very well managed practice.

• I have always had excellent service from Greyfriars. The reception staff are always very helpful. The nurses and doctors are always very thorough and knowledgeable. The surgery has a nice atmosphere.

• Very professional and thorough service provided by the doctors and practitioners

• Greyfriars have always given me quality care.

• I have contacted in two different ways. First via phone and the reception staff and the other via the online portal/form. Both times have been quick, easy, professional, informative and prompt. I have been responded to with care and respect. The online form states that they will get back to you within 2 days and I had a doctor calling me 3 hours after sending the form in. The doctor my daughter saw today actually put the focus on her, as the patient. This allowed her to feel empowered on making her own decisions, even at 9. Medications were discussed rather than dictated to. Fab, Thankyou!

• Excellent in all aspects : from phoning for GP surgery appt at 9.30 to getting appt for 10.55, being seen on time,to comprehensive consultation resulting in action plan for referral for orthopaedic opinion. An example of the usual helpful Greyfriars team and leadership . Well done to all

• Best surgery in town

• Staff always helpful. The online form is brilliant for getting advice from the staff without waiting on phone. Always treated with compassion and respect be it face to face or over the phone. I have never had an issue ordering medication for myself or the family.

• Both the receptionist and the medical practitioner ,were polite and extremely helpful and understanding. It was a pleasure to deal with them, very professional and friendly at the same time

• I have found greyfriars surgery to be a fantastic asset to our community. I have always felt welcome & I have gotten to know the staff as they have me too. Never had a problem at all there.

• Was very pleased with getting face to face app I really appreciate that could not ask for a better service

• Very helpful,treated very kindly, have been a patient with surgery for at least 40yrs so have no complaints.

• Although I haven't been registered with you for long, the team are always helpful when I pop in or call and prescriptions are dealt with quickly & efficiently.

• The nurse I saw was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable he put me completely at ease and I felt reassured with his diagnosis
• Couldn't fault anything today, rang up got and appointment and I was seen on time
• I have always received excellent service from the surgery. The medical staff are always very professional and explain everything well. I would like to add that the reception staff are always very helpful, professional and friendly, they have time for you and listen. They are lovely.
• The doctor had time for me and treated me like a person
