Very informative and helpful - I am 77 years of age and it is very reassuring to know there is this brilliant team at Greyfriars surgery who always do their best to help my wife and I.
- Me & my family have been a patient at Grey Friars surgery a lot of years and always received good care and treatment. So I would recommend the surgery to others.

- Whenever I need help or advice everyone I see is kind, considerate and listen.
- Always prompt, very knowledgeable and considerate.
- The reception staff were very helpful and listened to my concerns, booking a review that resulted in an appointment the same day.

I feel that I was really listened too and treatment was discussed not told. The perfect experience when feeling bad.

The staff at Greyfriars are always very kind and helpful. They do their best under very difficult circumstances as obviously they are completely overwhelmed with the amount of people requiring their services. The receptionists and nurses do their absolute best .

I was fortunate to be seen by a compassionate, knowledgeable clinician, who gave me time to discuss my health concerns.. I felt.heard and was confident that my concerns were heard.

I always manage to get an appointment when needed. The staff are very helpful and polite. Overall I strongly believe Greyfriars is a very well managed practice.

I have always had excellent service from Greyfriars. The reception staff are always very helpful. The nurses and doctors are always very thorough and knowledgeable. The surgery has a nice atmosphere.

Greyfriars have always given me quality care.
- I have contacted in two different ways. First via phone and the reception staff and the other via the online portal/form. Both times have been quick, easy, professional, informative and prompt. I have been responded to with care and respect. The online form states that they will get back to you within 2 days and I had a doctor calling me 3 hours after sending the form in. The doctor my daughter saw today actually put the focus on her, as the patient. This allowed her to feel empowered on making her own decisions, even at 9. Medications were discussed rather than dictated to. Fab, Thankyou!

Staff always helpful. The online form is brilliant for getting advice from the staff without waiting on phone. Always treated with compassion and respect be it face to face or over the phone. I have never had an issue ordering medication for myself or the family.

- The nurse I saw was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable he put me completely at ease and I felt reassured with his diagnosis
- Couldn't fault anything today, rang up got and appointment and I was seen on time
- I have always received excellent service from the surgery. The medical staff are always very professional and explain everything well. I would like to add that the reception staff are always very helpful, professional and friendly, they have time for you and listen. They are lovely.

- Because the doctor made feel at ease and I could talk about anything very pleasant person
- Very helpful staff Doctors listen to you and the nursing staff are excellent very professional and very up-to-date with the service they provide
- I am new to the surgery but have had a positive experience everytime I've had to contact them. Wait times are miles better than my previous surgery and Dr has taken the time each time to really listen to my issues and find a solution for me
