There are 3 ways that you can order your repeat prescriptions:
- by telephone
- in the Surgery by placing your repeat prescription in the letterbox
- online using SystmOnline
(Please note, for first time users of this online system, a password must be obtained from reception.)
Prescriptions are available at 48 hours notice if your Doctor has authorised repeat medications.
Telephone: 01205 319856 Monday - Friday between 10.00am - 4.00pm
Patients who receive regular prescriptions will be asked at intervals to see a Doctor before their next repeat prescription is due. This is so that the patient’s clinical need for the medicine can be assessed and altered as necessary.
All the GP Practices in NHS Lincolnshire have been advised to adopt a 28 days as the standard treatment length for repeat prescriptions.

On the 25th February 2014, Greyfriars Surgery launched a new service. The Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) which changed the way we send your prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.
EPS means that instead of coming into surgery to collect your repeat prescription, we will send it electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. As well as using less paper, EPS will also save you time as instead of coming to the surgery to collect your paper prescription, taking it round to the pharmacy and waiting for it to be dispensed, you can go straight to the pharmacy and your medication will be made up.
