 "Can I please just take this opportunity to say what a credit Mr Jan Rivers is to your practice. I was very impressed in the service, care and commitment I received recently while I was ill. Mr Rivers listened and acted instantly with taking my bloods and giving me the reassurance that we'll get to the bottom of what's causing me to feel like I did. And he did, within 2 days I had my results, resulting in me having to go back for more blood taken to find the cause of my problem. I am still not 100% but on the mend slowly, but me and my family were amazed and grateful for the care I received. Keep up the good work Mr Rivers and THANK YOU"

The staff throughout are caring, compassionate and one is treated respectfully with dignity and empathy at all times. The environment is safe, very professional, calming and relaxed.
