Supporting your wellbeing
BEAMing sessions help people to explore and learn useful tips and techniques to support their wellbeing. These include mindful movement, breath work and overall relaxation to help reduce stress, calm anxiety and promote self care.
Sessions are hosted in a warm and welcoming environment and are free of charge.
We are hosting a session on Wednesdays 10am to 11am at The Black Sluice.
To book a place or find out further information, call Heidi Freeman, Community Connector on 07833 786 816.
Our BEAM sessions will offer a non-clinical, safe space for anyone in the community who is experiencing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing, who could benefit from a listening ear, peer support and links to other support machanisms and services.
Supported by volunteers, our session will be held at St Botolph's Church, Boston on Tuesdays 12pm to 3pm and Wednesdays 4pm to 7pm.
We are also hosting a session on Mondays 1pm to 3pm at the Black Sluice.
For further information call or text 07833 786 816.
